Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for a range of hardware and software systems, with a focus on servers, switches, and tapping infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various environments, including Linux-based systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in a secure, controlled facility environment.
• Serve as a technical "jack of all trades," offering cross-functional support across different areas of IT infrastructure and systems.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing complex technical products spanning software, hardware, and data analytics. This role requires broad expertise in Linux systems, API performance, database and disk analysis, and the full QA lifecycle including security, regression, and performance testing. The Product Systems Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize product components including API endpoints, hardware, Linux systems, disk and database performance, web applications, and data analytics algorithms (e.g., anomaly detection).
• Lead and manage the full QA lifecycle, encompassing security, regression, and performance testing.
• Build automation and observability tools to streamline testing, monitoring, and reporting.
• Design and conduct benchmarks and engineering experiments with mathematical rigor to identify product gaps and limitations.
• Collaborate with front-end, back-end, DevOps, and systems engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Report directly to the Chief of Product, recommending and prioritizing features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

QA Lifecycle Ownership

• Hands-on experience in building automation tools and observability frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and manage QA lifecycle activities including security, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for designing benchmarks and experiments.

• Ability to work independently and remotely with strong time management.
