We are seeking a skilled and versatile Product Support Specialist (MSE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting technical products, troubleshooting issues, and working in secure facilities. This role requires a broad knowledge base in systems administration, network administration, and infrastructure management, with a particular focus on Linux environments. The Product Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of servers, switches, and other critical hardware components while providing high-level support to customers and internal teams.

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Site Reliability Engineer to join our team.
As an SRE, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our infrastructure. This role is focused on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement automation, and monitor system performance to ensure optimal availability and performance.
Do you take pride in building database systems that are fast, reliable, and rock-solid under pressure? We’re looking for an experienced database engineer who knows how to design and optimize architectures that handle demanding workloads with ease. Whether in the cloud or on-premise, you’ll be responsible for crafting systems that deliver high performance, scalability, and reliability for mission-critical applications. This role offers the opportunity to own database infrastructure end-to-end, from designing efficient data models to optimizing performance on specialized ultra-high-performance hardware.
• Expertise in advanced database security practices, including encryption, access control, and auditing.
