When you upgrade to a higher tier plan, you will be billed for the full amount of the new tier and refunded a pro rated number of days the previous tier was active in its billing cycle. For example, if you subscribed to Teleseer Starter monthly plan on January 1st and upgraded to Teleseer Pro yearly plan on January 2th, we will bill you for Teleseer Pro and refund 29/30th the cost of your Teleseer Starter invoice. Your new billing cycle will start on January 2nd.When you downgrade to a lower tier plan, changes will reflect in your next billing cycle. For example, if you subscribed to Teleseer Pro monthly plan on January 1st and switch to Teleseer Starter on January 2nd, we downgrade and send you a Teleseer Starter invoice on February 2nd.

Yes. You can switch between monthly and yearly plans in your Teleseer account. Your subscription plan will be updated and charged at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll be billed on the same day and time you received your first invoice. For example, if your monthly subscription starts on January 1st at 9:00 AM, you’ll get your next monthly invoice on February 1st at 9:00 AM. For yearly subscriptions, you’ll get it on on January 1st at 9:00 AM the following year.
Each plan comes a pre-included amount of data under analysis. If you’ve reached your limit, we offer a flexible way to pay for more data without needing to upgrade tiers.

Don’t need the extra data you’ve purchased any more? Reduce your quota down to the amount of data under analysis your account has consumed before changing your plan:
Quota downgrades for your plan will reflect in your next billing cycle. So if you’ve paid for extra monthly data and then reduce it in the same month, the updated charge will appear in the next month. If you’ve paid for extra yearly data and then reduce it in the same year, the updated charge will appear in the next year.Need help? Please contact us.
