Supported browsers

We recommend you access Teleseer using the Chrome web browser.

However, core functionality works on the latest versions of the following web browsers:

• Brave
• Chrome
• Edge
• Firefox
• Safari

Operating system

Teleseer has been tested on several different operating systems.

We recommend running Teleseer on one of the following operating systems:

• macOS 10.14+
• Microsoft Windows 10/11
• Ubuntu 20.10+

Teleseer will most likely work on previous versions of the aforementioned operating systems as well as other operating systems (Android, ChromeOS).

Please let us know if you are experiencing any problems with your operating system.

Processor/Memory

The processor and memory requirements depend on the web browser you are running. We recommend users have at least 8 GB of RAM on their operating system so that 2 GB+ can be utilized for the web browser when running Teleseer.

Storage space

Storage space for Teleseer is only required if you'd like to download content (PCAP, Teleflow, images) from Teleseer. The storage space required for this depends on the type of content you are downloading.

Graphics card

Teleseer does not require a special graphics card to run while in 2D mode. The graphics care in your device will most likely work.

When additional 3D functionality is added to the application, a higher-end graphics card may be recommended to experience a full 3D experience. Stay tuned for more information on 3D network topologies.

Display resolution

We recommend running Teleseer in 1920x1080 or higher resolutions.

Internet connection

We recommend a minimum Internet connection of 10 Mbps.

Higher Internet speeds will allow for quicker file uploads and downloads to/from Teleseer.
